About Me
I began my IT career in network operations as an L2 NOC Technician for an ISP. My work involved monitoring network and infrastructure environments and responding to service-impacting events.
I monitored infrastructure alarms, tracked environmental conditions such as data center temperatures, investigated network and service issues, and coordinated escalation and restoration efforts with field technicians and engineering teams.
I later moved into IT support leadership, expanding into team coordination, escalation management, identity administration, and broader enterprise technology support.
The work I enjoy most is infrastructure-focused. I prefer networks, servers, data center environments, and technical problems that require investigation, monitoring, and hands-on troubleshooting.
My career focus is continuing deeper into data center operations, network infrastructure, systems administration, and technical infrastructure roles.
